    Warranty Policy

    Please fill out the warranty form at https://www.cusimax.com/pages/product-registration to obtain product warranty.

     

    We offer an 18-month warranty on all Cusimax items (except accessories).

    Cusimax products have an 18-month warranty from the original date of purchase, provided the product is used in accordance with the user manual and care instructions.

    During the limited warranty period, Cusimax may, at its sole discretion, (1) refund, (2) repair the product, or (3) replace the product in accordance with this warranty policy.

     

    What is not covered by the warranty?

    • If the product is not used according to the instructions and instructions in the user manual;

    • lNormal wear and tear, including parts that may wear out over time;

    • lDamage or defects caused by accident, abuse, misuse, improper or inadequate maintenance;

    • lDamage or defects caused by service or repair of the product by an unauthorized service provider or anyone other than Cusimax;

    • lDamage or defects occurring during commercial use, rental use or unintended use of the product;

     

    Who is Covered?

    Cusimax's 18-month warranty policy only applies to the original consumer purchaser of the product. Regardless of whether the product transfers ownership within the specified period of the limited warranty, the purchaser applying for the warranty must provide proof of defect or malfunction and the purchase order number and date of purchase to obtain limited warranty benefits.

     

    Please be aware of unauthorized dealers or sellers.

    This limited warranty does not apply to products purchased from unauthorized dealers or sellers. Cusimax warranty policy only applies to products purchased from officially authorized stores. Please note that products purchased from unauthorized websites or resellers may be counterfeit, second-hand, defective, or may not be designed for use in your country. You can protect yourself and your products by making sure to only purchase products from Cusimax or one of its authorized resellers (e.g. Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair).

    How to obtain warranty?

    1. Make sure your product is within the 18-month warranty period.

    2. Make sure you have the invoice and order ID or proof of purchase

    3. Send pictures or videos to show your product issues or product status

    4. Contact our customer support team through sales@cusimax.com (please note that this email can only process official website orders. For other platform orders, please send the order number to this email. After the order is confirmed, the correct after-sales email for other platforms will be sent)

    5. Once our customer support team approves your request, please return the product and include a copy of your invoice or order ID.
