    Return Policy

    We hope that you love your Cusimax products, but just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return and exchange process super easy.

    30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:

    Customers who request a refund due to product quality problems can apply for a full refund within 30 days from the date the customer receives the product.
    Please Note: Orders cannot be fully refunded after 30 days. If the product has quality problems after 30 days, you can contact cusimax customer service email sales@cusimax.com for replacement. For claims, please also communicate with sales@cusimax.com, please send the order number and product questions when communicating.

    About return:

    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days along with a sales receipt after receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, i.e., unworn, or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Please note that if the customer requests to return/exchange the product due to non-quality issues, the customer will need to pay the return shipping fee.

    If the product arrives damaged or defective, we will cover the shipping charges.

    If the product arrives damaged or defective, the customer must contact us by email at sales@cusimax.com

    1. Product
    Customers can exchange or apply for a refund within 30 days from the date of receipt if there is a quality problem with the item. After 30 days and up to 18 months after purchase, if there are any quality problems, customers can exchange the item(s) for free. PS: Non-human factors or vandalism.

    2. Accessories
    Returns and refunds are not supported. If the buyer has any damage after receiving the goods, he can take pictures and contact us for a free replacement.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
