      Picked about 6 gallons grapes. Used my steam juicer on this electric plate. Had it one for about 5 hrs continuous use. Medium high temp. Did GREAT! Plate burner is big enough for my all American pressure canner too.

Just today it has helped me process a bushel of peaches into juice for jelly. It doesn't allow me to use all my canners, so I still have to find a taller waterbath pot.
