If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days along with a sales receipt after receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, i.e., unworn, or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note, that if it is not related to a product quality problem, and the customer wants to return the product, the customer needs to pay the return shipping charges.

1. Product Customers can exchange or apply for a refund within 30 days from the date of receipt if there is a quality problem with the item. After 30 days and up to 18 months after purchase, if there are any quality problems, customers can exchange the item(s) for free. PS: Non-human factors or vandalism.
2. Accessories Returns and refunds are not supported. If the buyer has any damage after receiving the goods, he can take pictures and contact us for a free replacement.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
